ALICANTE
TABARCA ISLAND
The only inhabited island in the Valencian Community. An archipelago off the coast of Alicante that includes Tabarca and other islets. Fortified in the 18th century, it is ideal for snorkeling due to its marine biodiversity. It has beaches, coves, good gastronomy (typical caldero), accommodation, and astrotourism with Starlight certification.
