PLAZA DE ESPAÑA

This stunning semicircular square, built for a 1929 exposition, showcases ceramic benches for each province and a picturesque canal, resembling Venice.
Built for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929, this majestic square in Andalusian regionalist style is one of the most impressive in Spain. Its semicircular design symbolizes Spain's embrace of its former colonies and features 48 ceramic benches representing the country's provinces. A 515-meter canal surrounds it, which is why it is known as the 'Venice of Seville'.
