THE ROMAN BRIDGE OF CÓRDOBA

An emblematic place with breathtaking views, ideal for enjoying the sunset and appreciating its historical and sculptural architecture.
The complex of the Mosque-Cathedral, the river, the Puerta del Puente, and the Roman Bridge of Córdoba form one of the most exquisite views of the city, especially if visited at sunset. It was built in the 1st century BC. It consists of sixteen arches, four pointed and the rest semicircular. In the center of the parapet stands a sculpture of San Rafael.
