THE SYNAGOGUE

This remarkable medieval synagogue, nestled in the Jewish Quarter, is renowned for its preservation and historical significance, attracting many tourists.
Unique in Andalusia and the third best-preserved medieval synagogue in all of Spain, the Synagogue of Córdoba is located in the Jewish Quarter. Built between 1314 and 1315 according to inscriptions found in the building, it served as a temple until the definitive Jewish expulsion.
