PLAZA MAYOR

PLAZA MAYOR

This unique sloping square boasts key monuments, including a 19th-century Town Hall and a Romanesque museum, perfect for relaxation and memorable photos.
The heart of the Historic Center, it has the peculiarity of being one of the few sloping main squares that exist. It features some of the city's main monuments, such as the Town Hall (from the 19th century) or the Archaeological Museum (one of the few examples of civil Romanesque architecture). Ideal for relaxing on its terraces and discovering some modernist facade, or taking a selfie on the steps of the baroque church of Santa María.
