DÍAZ-CANEJA FOUNDATION
This museum offers a unique view of the Castilian landscape through the work of an outstanding painter, ideal for art and culture lovers.
Founded in 1991 according to the painter’s wishes and from funds donated by his widow, the museum exhibits much of Palencian artist Juan Manuel Díaz-Caneja’s work. One room houses a permanent exhibition of the artist’s reinterpretation of the Castilian landscape, influenced by the avant-garde movements of the early 20th century.
