Impressive Baroque work, it is notable for its blue dome and sculptures, and offers spectacular views of the Historic Palm Grove, a World Heritage Site.

A jewel of Spanish Baroque, built between 1672 and 1784 on the site of a former mosque during Muslim rule, followed by Gothic and Renaissance churches. It stands out for its blue dome, sculpted façades, and as the venue for the Misteri d’Elx, recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. From its bell tower, with 170 steps, visitors enjoy a panoramic view of the Historic Palm Grove, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
