Old Hospital of Mercy For some time it was suspected that the Roman Forum of ancient Caesaróbriga was located here, which was confirmed in the first decade of the 21st century during the renovation of the Hospital of Mercy, now the Rafael Morales Cultural Center. After the renovation, the building became a cultural center dedicated to local poet Rafael Morales, hosting various cultural events such as conferences, exhibitions, and workshops, becoming a reference center in Talavera de la Reina.
