This historic bullring showcases unique Neo-Mudejar architecture with pointed arches and intricate details, making it a must-visit for architecture enthusiasts.
For the construction of the bullring, the architects Julio Carrilero Prat and Manuel Sainz de Vicuña were selected, and they had a truly unique technical advisor: Joselito el Gallo. The construction work began on February 17, 1917, and was completed in record time, on September 9, 1917. The bullring features Neo-Mudejar details, pointed arches, alfiz frames, and the full range of historicist elements. It is very similar to the Madrid bullring, as the one in Albacete served as a model for its construction.
