ANTEQUERA
VIERA DOLMEN
Approximately 5500 years old, it can be considered a corridor tomb and represents one of the great megalithic traditions of the Iberian Peninsula, that of lintelled architecture. It consists of a long corridor, segmented into two sections, at the end of which there is a quadrangular chamber, accessed through a perforated door, where the bodies and their grave goods were deposited. It has a length of over 21 meters and is covered with a mound 50 meters in diameter.
